Central Bus-Station Esslingen
The design for the extension of the station Esslingen envisions a weaving roof-structure that connects the existing buildings. The proposed roof informs and guides the passengers in the most pleasant manner both functionally and aesthetically. The weaving is both a functional tool and reference to the net maps but also a historical link to the early industries of Esslingen where textile manufacturing played a major role.
